How does your cancellation finder work?

- How it works: We check for earlier available dates every day.
- Notification: You will be notified by email when a suitable earlier date is found.
This service is designed to help you take your test sooner without constantly checking availability yourself.
Is there any guarantee that I will get the date I want?
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact test date you request.
- Availability: High demand at test centres may make your preferred date unavailable.
- Licence expiry: If your driver’s licence is expiring soon, this may affect scheduling.
- Test centre hours: Some centres do not open on weekends, and your test date and time are subject to the centre’s operating hours.
- How to help: Provide a range of dates and times you are available, as well as times you are unavailable, so we can find the most suitable option for you.
While exact dates aren’t guaranteed, providing detailed availability helps us secure a test time that works best for you.
What are the chances of getting an earlier date?
The likelihood of securing an earlier test date depends on demand at your selected test centre.
- Cancellation Finder service: We check for test cancellations every day.
- Notification: When an earlier date becomes available, we will reschedule your test and email you with the updated details.
While we cannot guarantee an earlier date, using this service significantly increases your chances of moving your test sooner.
Why have I been charged a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee is charged to cover the administration costs of providing our services:
- Cancellation may incur an administration fee of up to $30, which will be deducted from any refund given.
